Forwarding a Message
You can forward messages to other users from the main toolbar OR from a new message window.

OR

Forwarded messages sent to you display the text Fwd: and the original message subject in the Subject.

When you forward a message, a gray right-pointing arrow appears next to the message in your In window to let you know that you have forwarded the message to another user.

Exercise: Forwarding a Message
- Go to the sidebar and click on the In icon if your In box is not in view.
- Select the message you want to forward OR double-click on a message and open it in a new window.
- Click the Forward button when you are ready to forward the message.
- Type any additional text if you wish.
- Click on the Send button.
- Click the Close button on the message window title bar of the original message if you had opened a message in a new window (double-clicked) as opposed to selecting it (single click highlight).
